Pricing and other terms:

Prices and availability of the products and services on this site are subject to change without notice. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from a restaurant, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price, and notify you of this occurrence. Restaurants for Charity gift certificates expire 90 days after purchased date, except in California and where otherwise prohibited by law. Restaurants for Charity gift certificates can only be use one per table, cannot be used in combination with any other coupon, certificate or other restaurant promotion, unless stated. In case of closed restaurant or change of owner that no longer is accepting Restaurants for Charity or our participating restaurants are not responsible for stolen, lost or expired gift certificated, or redeemed by an unauthorized user, no refund will be made. The gift certificate is valid for the amount stated on the gift certificate and will be the amount deducted of the bill, no exchange for cash; no change will be given and cannot be used toward the gratuity.

Shipping limitations:

When an order is placed, and you select to be mailed, it will be mailed to an address designated by the purchaser, Restaurants for Charity is not responsible for gift certificated that are not undeliverable or not receive because purchaser failed to enter accurate delivery information. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased fro this web site are passed to you upon delivery of the carrier. You are responsible for filling any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
